Reach Platform

I managed a product design team that was working on dApps written on Reach programming language, such as Humble DEX, Alloy Platform, as well as Reach Cloud development tool. I managed designers, built the design process from scratch, and kept delivering products updates maintaining high usability standards. For example, our System Usability Score for Humble is 84 (anything above 60 is considered as high).

developed and maintained three design systems for our products;

created a User Testing pool for UX researches that were regularly conveyed;

ensured the professional growth of designers in the team and cultivated a productive creative environment.

BozkaDesign

I founded and managed a UX Design studio (5 full-time employees plus freelancers) that created B2C and B2B products for companies worldwide. During my work at BozkaDesign I:

Ukraine

• defined product specifications, evaluated and prioritized design solutions;

• designed scalable design systems (for example, the DS for an AT&T product, which is supported by Internet Explorer and yet looks and feels good);

• successfully worked with, and even managed, developers;

• developed and evaluated UX hypotheses, using fitting UX techniques for each situation;

• worked with compliance and data format standards, such as HIPAA, GDPR, FIHR, etc., as well as with government projects (app for Bundespolizei);

• worked with specifics of data collection, conditioned by the physical limitation of measurement devices (for example Embr, Figur8, Open AI);

• managed the design work processes, both solo and in a team.

2016-2017

Plumchoice

Plumchoice is a cloud and tech. support provider for the biggest telecom companies in the US. While working there I:

• initiated and conducted UX research and designed the improvement of internal SaaS products that were used daily by customer support agents

• designed surveys for 100 million subscribers of Plumchoice’s client.

I started as a Visual Designer and Illustrator, and then pivoted to UX Design. I worked in many areas, including games, publishing, branding and marketing, web and software design. Among other projects, I designed educational games for the Space Science Institute and Columbia University. One of the books I illustrated ranked #1 in the "Parenting and Sibling Relationship" category on Amazon.
