In UI/UX Team Lead role:​

  • Led the design of a multi-platform consumer electronics product serving distinct user types, including end users, device manufacturers, and service providers partners.

  • Defined and owned the design strategy, aligning user needs, technical constraints, and business goals across the product ecosystem.

  • Built and scaled a design system to support consistency and reuse across platforms, products, and partner integrations.

  • Established and optimized research, design and delivery processes, improving collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams.

HEAD OF DESIGN

  • Led a product design team delivering dApps built with the Reach programming language, including Humble DEX, Alloy Platform, and the Reach Cloud developer tool.

  • Drove continuous product improvements while maintaining high usability standards across complex, developer- and user-facing products.

  • Achieved a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84 for Humble DEX (scores above 60 are considered high), reflecting strong user experience quality.

  • Drove rapid post-launch adoption, with Humble DEX reaching multi-million USD turnover within its first month.

  • Built and scaled a high-performing design team by streamlining workflows, managing three design systems, implementing continuous user testing, and fostering designers’ growth in a collaborative, high-quality environment.

FOUNDER

DESIGN LEAD

Founded and managed a UX Design studio that created B2C and B2B products for companies worldwide. At BozkaDesign I shared the role of Founder with Design Lead.

  • Defined product specifications, prioritized design solutions, and developed UX hypotheses using tailored research and testing methods.

  • Designed and scaled robust design systems, (f.e. AT&T’s B2B product DS), ensuring legacy compatibility while maintaining modern quality.

  • Ensured compliance with standards (HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR) and delivered government projects (f.e.Bundespolizei app).

  • Addressed constraints of data collection and physical limitations of devices, including Embr, Figur8, and OpenAI integrations.

  • Managed design processes end-to-end, independently and in teams, fostering efficiency, quality, and collaboration.

  • Collaborated with developers and cross-functional teams, including managing development resources, to deliver high-quality implementations.

Plumchoice was a Cloud & Tech Support Provider for Leading US Telecoms

  • Designed an online marketplace platform to enhance user experience and engagement.

  • Initiated and led UX research, improving internal SaaS tools used daily by customer support agents.

  • Designed large-scale surveys reaching 100 million subscribers for Plumchoice’s clients to gather actionable insights.

Among other projects, I designed educational games for the Space Science Institute and Columbia University.
